Obi 202 delay in call connection after dialing

Hello,
I have an Obi 202 with an Obiline connected to it going to a landline.
Every time we make calls it takes 15 seconds before the other end even starts to ring. When i disconnect the obiline and go straight with the land line it is near instantaneous after we dial. any ideas?

This is normal behaviour on all ATA's...

You need to setup a dial plan suitable for your area/country. Failing that press # after you dial the number or log in to the device and go to physical interfaces > PHONE 1 or PHONE 2 and change DigitMapLongTimer value to shorter value.
